Counselling
Counselling involves a partnership in which we work together to understand and address your concerns. This can involve a variety of different activities, including discussion, education, and “homework.” Several psychotherapeutic models are utilized such as Cognitive Behaviour Therapy, Solutions Focused Brief Therapy, Person Centered Approach and Rogerian Principles. Mindfulness Practices and Relaxation Strategies can be utilized in the process as well.
Some of the areas I address include:
- Anxiety, OCD, Panic Attacks
- ADHD
- Relationship issues
- Depression
- Self harm
- Suicidal Ideation
- Self Esteem
- Life Coaching
- Anger Management
